Dashboard widget reference

A reference for every widget you can add to the Client Dashboard. Need help with layout or personalization? Review the dashboard overview

Each widget can appear once. The Add widget panel shows what’s available and disables duplicates.
Use the three-dot menu to swap a widget’s type or delete it. Removed defaults can be re-added from Add widget.
Drag a widget by its header to reorder. Layout and pinned filters are saved per client in this browser.
Chart widgets include fullscreen and a chart-type selector (area, line, bar). Press Esc to exit fullscreen.
Creates a provider-facing bullet summary. Click Generate Overview to refresh and timestamp the narrative.
Use Previous/Next to browse earlier summaries—for quick pre/post-session comparison.
Disabled until the client connects.
Charts mood-category scores over 7, 14, 30, or 90 days. Pick a chart type; the score pill shows the latest value.
Multi-select categories and use Pin selection to make them your default for this client.
When available, adherence overlays add context.
Select an assessment to chart up to 120 administrations.
Shaded severity bands show where the latest score falls relative to cutoffs.
Refresh updates the chart, latest score, change indicator, and next due date.
Assess Risk analyzes the last 7/14/30 days and returns an overall score, top drivers, and a short narrative.
The chart plots risk history and can overlay mood and adherence.
Color-coded tags highlight the highest-scoring categories (Low → Crisis). The signal list shows the excerpts behind the level.
Shows active and completed goals; use the tabs to switch views.
Recurring goals display total completions.
Each card surfaces status, created date, description, and badges at a glance.
Combines category-level completion with recent check-ins to show adherence and streaks.
The grid shows completion percentages; the timeline highlights recent wins. If no data exists, the widget explains why.
Displays the most recent creative for the client (e.g., AI-generated visual journaling).
If nothing exists yet, you’ll see “No visualizations yet.”
Presents the latest processed journal entry as key insights plus notable quotes.
Use the session dropdown to review earlier entries.
If journaling data isn’t shared, the widget clearly notes that sharing is off.
Lists quotes from journal entries for quick copy into notes or session work.
Respects the same data-sharing settings as Journal Insights.
Shows the latest automated session with a status for each action (Completed, Pending, Rejected).
“Show more” reveals the rationale behind each action.
Combines therapist memory highlights with a dated session list.
Selecting a session opens the full transcript (when available).
Respects the client’s data-sharing preferences.
Included for future use. For now, it’s a placeholder—keep using your existing notes workflow.
Run Assess Risk after major events to capture new signals. The widget keeps a 30-entry history for trend tracking.
Changing a widget’s type preserves its position and settings (pinned categories, layout, fullscreen behavior).
Encourage clients to keep journaling and therapy sharing on—those inputs power the AI narratives in Overview, Risk, and Therapy.
