Autopilot Templates (Template Library)

Use ready-made templates to deploy an Autopilot in minutes. Up Next: Managing Autopilot Presets

Overview

Templates are preconfigured Autopilots that bundle: an AI therapist voice, an assignment pack, recommended desired outcomes, and sensible monitoring defaults.
Use them to get started fast (e.g., CBT Anxiety Starter, DBT Emotion Regulation, OCD ERP, ADHD Executive Skills), then customize to your needs.
When you save from a template, the system clones seed presets into your account and creates a user-owned Autopilot preset you can edit later.

Browsing the Library

Open Templates from the Autopilot toolbar or go to Autopilot Templates.
Use the search bar to filter by name or description. Click chips (CBT, ERP, DBT, ACT, etc.) to quickly narrow by approach or focus area.
Each card lists its focus, therapy style, and assignment pack so you can scan quickly.

Saving a Template

Click a template’s action to Save. You’ll be prompted to select an existing Monitoring Preset (approval rules) or create a new one.
The save flow clones the template’s therapist, assignments, and outcomes into presets under your account and then creates a single Autopilot preset that references them.
Monitoring defaults (e.g., “messages” and/or “assignments” require approval) are pre-filled by the template but can be adjusted.

Assigning to Clients

After saving, go to Autopilot Overview to assign your new preset to clients and set the run frequency.
You can assign different presets to different clients. Changes save per client.

Editing After Deployment

Open Configure Your Autopilot to adjust the underlying therapist voice, assignment categories, outcomes, or monitoring rules.
Edits update future Autopilot runs. Review Autopilot Logs to understand decisions and iterate.

Tips & Best Practices

Start with a close match (e.g., ERP for OCD) rather than a generic template; less editing later.
Rename saved presets clearly (e.g., “CBT Anxiety – Teens” vs “CBT Anxiety – Adults”).
Keep monitoring strict at first (require approval) and relax as you build trust.
